It is a well known fact that exports of products and services from india are tax free according to the india export policy since 2009. Even sales to a SEZ are considered to be tax free.
However in one of the greatest financial frauds, tata, ntro, google, having been making completely fake service tax claims to steal the savings of a harmless google competitor without a court order or legally valid reason, pamper and get R&aw/cbi jobs, for google, tata supplied goan sex workers, cheater housewives and other frauds with fake resumes, fake online work.
The fraud making these fake service tax allegations does not have the courage and honesty to face the google competitor, however he continues to cause losses, stealing the savings of the google competitor without a court order or legally valid reason.
