The indian government has given great powers to NTRO officials, however they no systems to prevent NTRO officials from misusing their great powers for personal gain and hatred. The indian government fails to realize that ntro officials may be technically competent, however they are extremely poor judges of human character allowing the appearance, their infatuation or hatred for a woman adversely affect their judgement, causing a huge wastage of indian tax payer money and adversely affecting the reputation of India.
If the ntro officials were reasonably good judges of character and competence, they would not have underestimated their btech 1993 EE classmate so much that they implemented an extremely cruel human cloning experiment and encouraged others to join them in harassing their classmate.
